VRE Social Housing Partners Continues Acquisition Program

Vengrove on behalf of VRE Social Housing Partners (VRESHP) has completed the purchase of 156 homes on the Belle Vue Estate in Stockton on Tees.

The estate, once fully refurbished, will provide much needed accommodation for families and individuals in need of accommodation in the area. VRESHP will be working with Sanctum Housing CIC on a long term basis to professionally manage the estate.

Vengrove in Supported Housing Sale & Leaseback

Vengrove has completed the acquisition of Ashley House, Bognor Regis.

Ashley House has been leased to Livability, a charity committed to enabling people with disabilities to live the life they want to lead. The scheme will provide accommodation and support to adults with learning difficulties.

Construction Works Commence at EdCity

EdCity, the innovative mixed-use scheme in White City, has now commenced works on site.

The scheme will deliver a selection of educational facilities for all ages, new office accommodation and 132 affordable homes. The development will be completed in two phases over the next 4 years.

Vengrove Partners with Charity Ark on Mixed-Use Redevelopment in Shepherd’s Bush

Vengrove has partnered with Ark and Hammersmith & Fulham Council on EdCity, the redevelopment of Ark Swift Primary Academy and Harmony Neighbourhood Nursery to create an ambitious new mixed-use development with a focus on education.

EdCity will consist of a redeveloped two-form entry Ark Swift Primary Academy, a 75-place nursery for Harmony Neighbourhood Nursery, a Youth Zone centre and an expanded Adult Education and Community Learning Centre. Additionally, 97,000 sq ft of affordable office accommodation will be created, to be set aside for education and social innovation charities. The goal is to create an education hub in West London, where like-minded and mission-aligned organisations can collaborate to enact positive change. The hub will also include 132 residential units, of which 50% will be affordable housing.
