Ross Taylor

Chief Executive Officer

Ross is responsible for Vengrove’s overall business including its transactional, portfolio management and investor relation activities.

Ross’ career began at King Sturge in the business space investment team. He then spent four years at Legal & General Property with the transactions team, representing the investment activity of its funds. 

Andrew McLean

Partner

Andrew takes overall responsibility for sourcing and delivery of development and refurbishment led investments for Vengrove.

Andrew’s experience in commercial real estate covers all aspects of property development. He has delivered schemes with end values of up to £150m in the office, industrial, retail and leisure sectors. In 2007 Andrew established Capella Estates, specialising in UK commercial property development.

Tim Lucas

Director

Tim is the head of asset management and chairs the ESG Committee. He oversees the development and implementation of the business plans and ensures that investments are optimised.

Prior to Vengrove, Tim spent nine years at Workman LLP. He was responsible for the management of nationwide portfolios of commercial and residential real estate on behalf of institutional funds with a NAV of circa £1 billion.

Karan Daswani

Director

Karan leads the investment operations function at Vengrove which includes structuring, third-party financing, investment execution and investor reporting.

Karan’s career began at Citigroup Investment Bank and then Yianis Group. Prior to joining Vengrove, he was a senior associate at Moor Park Capital Partners where he was involved in transacting more than £500m of European acquisitions.

Will Hunting

Director

Will is responsible for Vengrove’s investment activities and oversees sourcing, analysis and execution.

Before joining Vengrove, Will spent 8 years at M7 Real Estate. Latterly, he led the UK acquisitions function, working on strategies across all major asset classes. At M7 he also worked across multiple European jurisdictions and has transacted over £1.3 billion of assets in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordics.

Alan West

Director

Alan is responsible for the firm’s financing and accounting functions. He is involved in reporting, auditing, accounting, compliance, financing and structuring across the firm and its investments.

Alan is ACA qualified and has 14 years of experience including roles at KPMG, PWC and, immediately prior to Vengrove, at KOUT Capital.

Richard Fryer

Director

Richard focusses on Vengrove’s social housing investment activities. As such, he works closely with local authorities, registered providers and charities.

Richard brings over 35 years of residential experience working with companies such as The Grosvenor Estate and Berkeley Homes Plc.

Yongchao Che

Associate

Yongchao is a finance manager at Vengrove. She supports the property and fund accounting functions as well as the wider investment operations of the firm.

Yongchao is ACCA qualified and prior to joining Vengrove she worked at Langham Hall.

Miranda Hammond

Associate

Miranda is a development manager at Vengrove and a qualified architect who is involved in the firm’s development projects.

Prior to Vengrove, Miranda worked at Gleeds, where she gained experience across the residential, office and mixed use sectors. She has also worked internationally on master planning and urban regeneration schemes.

Caroline McLean

Office and CSR Manager

Caroline is responsible for supporting the business operations of Vengrove. Caroline has ownership of all branding, marketing, PR, HR and administration. She also focuses on co-ordinating all of Vengrove’s ESG and charitable endeavours.

Caroline previously worked for three years for the NHS as a theatre co-ordinator at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester.  Prior to that she worked for six years as a business support co-ordinator within the education sector.

 

Nona Atoyan

Associate

Nona is focused on the development and associated asset management activities of the business, both with regards to the current AUM and sourcing new opportunities.

As a qualified lawyer, Nona started her career as In-House Counsel to two real estate companies in the US and Hong Kong. Immediately prior to joining Vengrove, she was at Citygrove, a UK real estate investment and development company.

Elliot Forder

Associate

Elliot is involved in all of Vengrove’s social housing activity, both pre and post acquisition.

Elliot has experience of working closely with registered care providers, housing associations and local authorities to deliver housing across the UK. Most recently he worked at a development company specialising in housing projects for vulnerable adult groups.

Aman Chandhok

Associate

Aman supports all of Vengrove’s transactional activity and takes oversight of the firm’s asset backed platform investments.

Prior to joining Vengrove, Aman worked at the strategy consultancy, Candesic, where he focused on real estate backed transactions in the healthcare sector.

Pooja Roopra

Analyst

Pooja is a trainee management accountant supporting the finance function at Vengrove.

Prior to joining Vengrove, Pooja started her career as an Analyst at a capital markets start-up, where she focussed on management accounting, research and financial analysis.

Nyshaal Gopal

Analyst

Nyshaal is progressing through the analyst programme and supports all of Vengrove’s business functions.

Prior to joining Vengrove, Nyshaal graduated from the University of Cambridge with a MPhil in Real Estate Finance and interned as an Assistant Project Manager at Quintain.

Sebastian Vargas

Analyst

Sebastian is progressing through the analyst programme and supports all of Vengrove’s business functions.

Before joining Vengrove, Sebastian graduated from London Business School with an MSc in Financial Analysis. Prior to this, he studied Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at the University of Los Andes, Colombia.
